FAQ

Do I bring my own Instantly account?

Yes. You connect your existing Instantly v2 API key in Settings → Integrations. We never share keys or mailboxes between customers.

Do you replace MailReach or InboxAlly?

We complement them. We track and act on Instantly's native placement tests, plus run our own seed-based tests for ESPs Instantly doesn't cover. The risk engine + lifecycle automation are unique to us.

How do mailbox costs work?

Base is $0/mo. Each managed mailbox is $3/mo on top of that. Buying a new domain through us is a one-time $15.

What happens if a mailbox gets burned?

The risk engine flags it within a day. One-click Replace Domain spins up a fresh domain + N mailboxes, warms them, and retires the old one — all without you watching.

Do you support Microsoft 365?

Yes — same lifecycle automation. You point us at your Entra ID tenant; we provision + monitor mailboxes the same way.
